Terms and conditions for online purchases at Regiontrafiken Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL)
These terms and conditions apply for purchases of UL travel cards via www.ul.se on the internet.
Personal data security
UL is responsible for the use of the personal data that you provide when you order and pay for UL travel cards.
The personal data that you provide about yourself and, where applicable, your child, such as name, address, postcode, telephone number, e-mail address and bank details, are used to confirm your purchase and carry out the sale of UL travel cards to you through this website.
By law you must be over 18 to make an electronic purchase via the internet. This law also applies to purchases of UL travel cards.
UL uses technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data. You have the right to obtain information about the use of your personal data and to request the correction of incorrect data. Payment
To be able to buy UL travel cards via ul.se you need access to a computer with an internet connection. You can pay for your card with a VISA, MasterCard, Debit card or Diners. American Express will not work.
Delivery
We send the card to your home address not later than 4 days after you order (excl. holidays, when delivery is 6 weekdays after you order).
Confirmation
When the payment is approved, a confirmation is displayed on your screen. We also send a confirmation to the e-mail address you submitted in your order.
Right to cancel a purchase
The right to cancel as laid down by law, in accordance with the Act on Distance and Door-to-door Selling (2005:59), is not applicable to contracts relating to transport. Which is why the purchase of UL travel cards does not entail any right to cancel. Please read the Refund terms if you want to return your purchase.

UL is not responsible for indirect losses except in the case of gross negligence. In other words, if you suffer indirect losses, UL will compensate you for these only if UL is guilty of gross negligence.
Improper use
UL may block a person from further use of this service is the service is used improperly.
