Refunds for UL Cards
If the card is not yet valid, you are refunded the total minus a service charge of SEK 75, regardless of which card you want to return.

If the card is already valid, different rules apply. Refund only for medical reasons with medical certificate and 75 SEK service fee. When upgrading/replacing of cards, no handling fee.

- For 10-trip cards in Zone 1 & 2, we deduct SEK 24 per trip
- For 10-trip cards in Zone 2 PLUS, we deduct 48 SEK per trip
- For 10-trip County cards, we deduct SEK 48 per trip
- For 10-trip County PLUS, we deduct SEK 72 per trip
- For Zone 1 & 2, we deduct SEK 35/day
- For Zone 2 PLUS Arlanda, we deduct SEK 50/day
- For County, we deduct SEK 50/day
- For County PLUS, we deduct SEK 65/day
- For County PLUS Arlanda, we deduct SEK 75/day
- For the Youth card, we deduct SEK 14.25 per trip
- For 10-trip Flygbuss cards, we deduct SEK 66 per trip
- For 10-trip Flygtåg cards we deduct SEK 107 per trip

- These deductions are made each day until the day you redeem the card back.
