Refunds on UL travel cards
If the card is not yet valid, you are refunded the total minus a service charge of SEK 75, regardless of which card you want to return.

If the card is valid, other rules apply. Refunds are given only in the event of illness supported by a medical certificate, with a service charge of SEK 75. There is no service charge for upgrading/exchanging cards.

- For multi-zone cards we deduct SEK 50/day.
- For multi-zone cards incl. Arlanda add-on we deduct SEK 65/day
- For single-zone cards we deduct SEK 35/day.
- For single-zone Knivsta incl. Arlanda add-on we deduct SEK 50/day

The deduction per day is made until your card is refunded.
