Zone County

A County card is required for travel between Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Temporary County cards (30-day cards and annual passes) are also valid on Uppsala city buses*.
Temporary County cards (30-day cards and annual passes) are also valid for Stadstrafiken (City transit) in Enköping.
Temporary county cards are also valid for travel between Zone 1 and Sala.

Single tickets for travel between Zone 1 and Zone 2 are called "single ticket, two zones." These tickets are also valid for travel between Zone 1 and Sala. For single travel to/from Zone 1 over the county line, the ticket required is called "single ticket, three zones".

For travel to/from Zone 1 over the county line to Gävleborgs county with the Upptåget train, or to Södermanland or Västmanlads counties, the County Card PLUS is required.

Travel across the county line toward Stockholm requires a combined UL and SL ticket.

* In order to be valid on city buses, cards must be stamped with an expiration date on a regional bus, aboard the Upptåget train or at the UL Center in the Travel Center in Uppsala.
