Terms and Conditions for ordering UL Company cards
The following conditions apply when ordering UL cards and tickets from the ul.se website.
§ 1. Personal data security
Personal data security UL is responsible for processing the data provided by the company when ordering the UL Company card.
The information provided by the company, such as name, address, postal code, telephone number and e-mail address, will be used to confirm your order and complete the sale of the UL cards and ticket to the company through this website.
Swedish law requires that only persons 18 years of age and older may place an order online. This law also applies to the purchase of the UL cards and tickets.
UL makes use of technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data. The company has the right to obtain information about how company data is processed, and to request that incorrect data be corrected. Companies wishing to request information or data correction should contact UL at the address or phone number given below.

§ 2. Undertakings
| The company undertakes to: |

Inform employees about the existence of this agreement and the applicable regulations. |

Work to ensure that employees conducting business travel choose UL for their transportation and to otherwise encourage the use of UL cards and tickets. |

Store UL cards and tickets securely. |
| • |
Notify UL immediately in the event of a lost card by calling 018-65 99 00. |
| UL undertakes to: |

Provide the requested quantity of cards and tickets. |
| • |
Keep your company's representative continually informed about news and other important information related to travel or UL cards and tickets. |
| • |
Refuse to provide cards and tickets in the event of abuse. |
§ 3. Payment
UL will bill the company for the Company cards ordered at the agreed price, as specified on the invoice. The term of payment shall be 30 days from date of invoice.
In the event of late payment, a late payment fee will be charged along with interest pursuant to Swedish law.
§ 4. Delivery time
We will send cards and tickets to the company's specified delivery address no later than 4 business days after receipt of the order (excluding major holidays, in which case delivery time is 6 business days after receipt of the order).
§ 5. Return policy
The statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59), does not apply to contracts for transportation; therefore the purchase of the UL Company card does not confer any right of withdrawal. See §6 below for UL's return policy.
§ 6. Errors, delays, refunds and lost cards
If a card contains incorrect information or is delayed in arrival, we ask the company to contact us by phone at 018-65 99 00 or by writing to

§ 7. Misuse
In the event of misuse, UL may prohibit any person from further use of this service.
