1. General

Personuppgiftslagen (1998:204), the Personal Data Act, came into force in October 1998 and has applied in full since 1 October 2001. The law gives customers the right to information about the use of personal data. The use of personal data requires your consent. Upplands Lokaltrafik AB, "UL ", corporate registration number 556159-2352, Box 1400, 751 44 Uppsala, is the entity responsible for personal data that you submit to UL and its subsidiaries.

2. Data and consent
By filling in internet forms, registration information or in any other way supplying personal data to UL, you thereby agree to the terms stated below for the use of personal data. UL uses personal data to allow it to fulfil UL's undertakings in relation to you as a user of UL's services and to maintain good customer care and records. The data may also be used for tailored information and for marketing purposes in general. Furthermore, your personal data may be supplied for processing to UL’s partners, in some cases also outside the EEA, to enable them to provide requested services or to offer you their services for marketing purposes. UL may also supply or wholly transfer personal data and records of these to third parties if the third parties take over UL’s activities in part or in full.

UL may without specific consent process sufficient personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or other information, in order to fulfil its services.

Text cookies
