We keep our promises

Our promise to you is to keep to the times stated in our timetable. In most case we can fulfil this promise, but we have a travel guarantee to compensate passengers on the rare occasions we fail.

Among other things, we guarantee to compensate you if you are likely to arrive at your destination more than 20 minutes late.
