Getting on and off
Buses are not allowed to stop between bus stops to let passengers on or off. When you want to get off, indicate in good time. All exit doors are automatic. Once the bus has stopped at the bus stop, the doors open automatically, then close again a few seconds after passengers have got off. The doors have a sensor to stop them trapping you. If you get jammed, the doors will reopen without injuring you.
Prams and pushchairs
For safety reasons, prams and pushchairs are not allowed in the aisle.
Inlines
It’s not allowed to wear inlines on buses.
Payment - journey
If you pay in cash, you receive a dated and timed ticket for the fare. Retain the ticket during your journey for transfers and ticket inspections. Every departure from the terminus is regarded as a new journey that requires a valid permit to travel to be shown. If you cannot show a ticket for inspection, or your ticket is not valid, you must pay a new fare plus a fixed surcharge. On transfer journeys you must show your cash ticket to the driver. The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of journeys within 90 minutes.
NB The driver will not change notes over SEK 100.
If you pay by SMS, it is your responsibility to be able to show a valid ticket on your mobile. You must purchase your ticket before you get on. You must save the SMS message for the duration of the journey to enable you to show your SMS ticket again for inspection.

Interconnecting services
On weekdays (excl. Saturday), interconnecting services operate in the town centre on some routes at 05.25, 06.00 and 06.25 (services indicated by "S").
The buses wait for each other for max. 3 minutes after the timetabled departure time.
Force majeure
The travel guarantee does not apply in the event of services being delayed or cancelled due to labour disputes, extreme weather or other reasons beyond UL’s/Stadstrafiken’s control.
